About
I'm a PMO at TCS in Montevideo. I run AI agents that do the program's technical work, and I built the controls that stop those agents before they do something they shouldn't.
Before that I spent 9 years at a motorcycle distributor, Indian Motors, doing the same thing with the tools I had: Excel, VBA and Power Query. If a task was manual or error-prone, I built something to replace it, then wrote down how it worked so the company didn't depend on me.
I'm not a software developer. I direct AI to build and I review what it does. The only code I write by hand is VBA.
What I focus on
Using AI at work
I run a set of AI agents that build DAX measures, Power Automate flows, data pipelines and documentation. Every teammate uses at least two of them.
Automation
Ten years of replacing manual work: 20,000 barcodes that used to be typed by hand, automated data checks, an online catalog connected to the ERP.
Adapting to constant change
Administration, IT, marketing, project management, then PMO at a multinational. At TCS I had program governance running in 2 weeks, in a domain that was new to me.
