Things I built, at work and at home. Some by hand in VBA, most by directing AI.
The ERP didn't give a single view of each product, and barcodes were typed by hand. I built a system in Excel, VBA and Power Query, alone, that generated 20,000 barcodes, tracked real stock and checked data for errors before it reached the catalog and the ERP. I wrote every line of the VBA myself.
I proposed Publitas, negotiated the contract and launched it: an online catalog with live stock and prices connected to the ERP. Order volume went up 35%.
Ten years of systems and processes, written down in 195 guides, plus an onboarding plan for the person taking over. Nothing should depend on one person.
Moved a legacy ERP into a 2.2 GB SQLite database and built an executive sales report from 2014 on. See the diagram.
